Food Request
On weekdays we attempt to deliver your grocery parcel on the same day if we receive your request by 1pm. Otherwise it will likely be delivered the next day, or Monday for requests received after 1pm Friday or during the weekend. Requests made during Public Holidays will be delivered next work day. Deliveries are usually made between 2:30-4:30pm. Please ensure someone is home on the day your delivery is scheduled as above. If we plan to deliver early or late we will text or call you. Please ensure your phone number is correct and operative.
The following six terms and conditions of supply apply:

The following six terms and conditions of supply apply:
- Food parcel deliveries are limited to no more than 3 per household in the current 4 month period, e.g. if you request a parcel on 10 September then you will have received no more than two parcels since 10 May (4 months ago).
- Items delivered are for the exclusive consumption of the household to which they are given.
- If you are requesting on behalf of another, because there is a communication or other difficulty, please indicate this in your approach to us in person, via phone, email or the form.
- You undertake to ensure someone is home 2-4:30pm on the day of delivery and you are readily contactable via the phone # given during this period. Assume same day delivery if you order before 1pm weekdays. We will contact you if we are unable to deliver.
- If requesting food support please clearly indicate: the number of adults in your household and number of children including gender and age/s. You may make special requests, e.g. baby supplies, gluten free, pet food, or foods to avoid.
- While the information provided on this form is secure and confidential; it may be used to check with other agencies that you meet our terms and conditions.
